We arrived late from a delayed flight and the staff was very welcoming. They were very accommodating with our request for a late check out. The staff was very patient in giving us directions, food recommendations and reminders to be wary of our belongings. The property was next to a train station, perfect to move around.

But that shows us the big problem we have in tourism. If novotel cant find the right employees imagine the rest hotels. It's a pity hospitality employees not to be hospitable at all not even a goodmorning. Arrogant caring only for themselves. Also the image of a male dressed as female at the reception is too much. Everybody has their preferences and life but at work we all should try to offer what customers expects and not what we want.
