Matatagpuan sa makulay na Geylang, 10 minutong lakad ang Hotel 81 (Premier) Star mula sa Aljunied MRT Station. On arrival at 8:30 we were so tired and we could not check in until 15:00. The manager waived this and gave us our room. He save us because we were exhausted. Really appreciate this incredible kindness

Rooms are small but fine if you’re not carrying a ton of luggage. Bathrooms are tiny, but I’ve stayed in expensive “boutique” hotels in Europe that are the same. The building is quite new, so everything was in good condition. The location is great for experiencing a funkier, less gleaming side of Singapore, with tons of street side restaurants a minute’s walk away.

ibis budget Singapore Joo Chiat is located in the suburb of Joo Chiat, a 15-minute drive from Changi International Airport. The cosy hotel offers affordable accommodation with free parking on site. Staffs were really really nice. They make it all so easy, check in and check out were so easy. 👌 all clean, 15 minutes from the airport. Price is very good for Singapore. We chose twin queen-size-beds. Good value when you travel with family rather than staying at a hostel.
