We stayed on the executive floor with marina bay view. The view is one of the best in the world. We also had complimentary access to Oriental Club Lounge / Haus 65 which was cozy and great place to chill out. The staff there was excellent, very client oriented and ready to help.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. But what really stood out was their prompt action when I left behind some personal belongings. They were quick to locate my items and arrange for their return. It's not just a hotel, it's like a home away from home. Can't wait to return!

The linens and towels are all fresh. Appliances are all provided eg hairdryer, ironing board and water boiler. The staffs are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. They are very consistent in providing great hospitality to the guests. Breakfast has a wide variety of dishes. Great view outside from the hotel room balcony.
