We liked everything. The rooms are spacious and clean, the lighting is really good, offering a nice view over the city. The room is well equipped with kitchen appliances and a washing machine. There's even filtered water which you can drink, I appreciated this a lot as it saved me a bunch of trips to the store. Public transport is nearby and you can get pretty fast anywhere. The pool was well tended, even if in some days we were the only ones using it, and the jacuzzi actually worked, haha, you don't see this very often. The gym was open 24/7. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. Singapore was a nice experience overall, and the hotel did rise to the expectations, and beyond. We highly recommend it.

The team is wonderful. I have never seen them not wearing a smile. When I checked in I was greeted by ever enthusiastic Abegail with the word that she is available 24x7. If its not for her this would have been a different place. She is very responsive and usually addresses to concerns super quick. The team on the ground is also super helpful. You don't get to see them often when you are in SHN but even the thought that they are always reachable is very re-assuring. Although the rooms are a bit old and the sofa needs a change, over all the apartment is pretty nice. Perfect for two people.
