Ten eerste is het een prachtig hotel maar dat tonen de foto's uiteraard ook. Het personeel is zeer kundig, spreekt perfect Engels en onderschrijft de kwaliteit waar het Okura voor staat. De kamer is echt waanzinnig! Fantastisch beddengoed trouwens! Ontbijt zowel Japans als regulier overtreft de verwachting.

Het luxe Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn is via de luchtbrug van het hotel verbonden met het BTS Skytrain-station Surasak. Het hotel heeft een infinity pool in de buitenlucht. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, especially the live cooking stations for eggs, Nutella, and pancakes automaker. The orange juice was also delicious. The room was very comfortable, and the view from the 28th floor was breathtaking. The pool was a good size, and the water was a comfortable temperature. The depth of the pool was consistent throughout, at around 1.2 meters. The staff was also very friendly, helpful, and gave great advice. They were always happy to answer my questions and help me plan my day. I especially appreciated their recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff, the facilities, and the location were all top-notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.

(verwarmde wc-bril etc.) | Uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers | een heerlijk zwembad met gezellige poolbar | Een fantastische rooftop bar op de 78e etage met een adembenemend uitzicht over Bangkok! Ook de ligging van het hotel is prima. Bij ons volgende bezoek aan Bangkok komen we zeker nog eens terug!

Ik denk dat ik alle 5-sterren hotels in Bangkok al gedaan heb, maar zeer zelden kan ik zeggen dat het "perfectie" is. Bovendien kreeg ik een gratis upgrade ondanks mijn eerste bezoek. Het ontbijt is ook fabuleus!
