Set in a renovated dock building with Table Mountain as background, Queen Victoria Hotel & Manor House offers world-class accommodation overlooking the V&A Waterfront. The service at the Queen Victoria is exceptional. I am not saying this lightly since I have had the privilege to stay at hotels all over the world. The staff are just superb, at breakfast, the bar, the front desk. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are organized, friendly beyond belief and huge fun. The sun shines even brighter when you enter the breakfast area and you’re greeted by ‘Carol’! It is rare to see someone so devoted to her guests and so skilled in her job! A true gem!

Built in the 1800’s as a private residence for the harbour master, this beautifully restored building, situated in the V&A Waterfront, is home to one of Cape Town’s most exclusive boutique hotels. We found the Dock House to be the perfect starting point after landing in Cape Town! It's a bit hard to find at first, but once you know where to go it's very conveniently and centrally located on the V&A Waterfront. The rooms are lovely, well-appointed, and the beds are quite comfortable - there was even a veranda for us to have our morning coffee! The included breakfast is wonderful - everything was delicious and Ashley takes extreme care in both the decor and latte art. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved all the staff, The Dock House is stunning, Donovan, Innocent & Xanthai go beyond the necessary attention. The Receptionists in the main Queen Vic are soooo helpful...and Restaurant and Bar staff too... Carol, Bronte & Jade (newer to the team, and I hope I got your name right) are attentive and on point. 10 out of 10 to all

Located in Cape Town, 1.3 km from Mouille Point Beach, The Manor House at the Queen Victoria Hotel by NEWMARK provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a... The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. I was sad to leave them. Llewelyn was especially great, as was the bartender No More. I world like to again say thank you to them snd to everyone else!

Located on the V&A Waterfront, this chic hotel offers free Wi-Fi and an outdoor swimming pool with terrace. Guests can benefit from 24-hour room service. I arrived at 10 o'clock in the morning feeling very sick. The check-in isn't until 2 o'clock but they got me set up with a room by 10:30. They had no obligation to do so, but did it anyway. That says a lot about their level of service.

With panoramic views of Table Bay and Table Mountain, The Commodore is decorated in a nautical theme. It features an outdoor swimming pool and sauna, fitness and massage facilities. Excellent service, we celebrated our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Breakfast was wonderful with so much to choose from. excellent.
