The check-in process was fast and efficient - everything is handled through a website. The room was very modern and luxurious with a clean and large bathroom. The double bed was big and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day with bedsheets and towels changed. There were plenty of power sockets and a modern TV. They supply coffee capsules which can be used with the coffee machine in the lobby. The staff was really helpful - we had a minor issue in one of the rooms which was resolved quickly. Even though the apartment is located further away from the center, there was frequent public transport as well as parking spaces.

location is perfect, the room is clean and spacious with a comfortable bed (we slept great!), and the staff was very helpful with recommendations and added little touches to make us feel special on our anniversary. would love to stay here again!

Pension Garibai exceeded our expectations. It was a little gem of an accommodation in San Sebastian! The location was the best (near the old town, Gros and the Beach), the rooms were just the right size with a little balcony, the bathrooms were a good size and most of all Amaia was always so accommodating and helpful. No need to think. Just book here. Valle for money. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed and wanted. Would definitely book here again!

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. First, they let us check in very early. Second, they called a cab for us when we needed to schedule one for our return to the airport. The room was very comfortable, ideally located to the history area, and just fabulous overall. If we ever return to San Sebastián, this is where we will stay.

The room is generous and very well equipped. Anythiing is fine. David at the reception offered any information and was very nice indicating restaurants and places to visit. The position is great, you can even use the beach with a personal umbrella. I recommend this beautiful place and location, and the quality of the service.
