The staff was very polite and welcoming all the time. They accommodated all our requests and helped us with a very early checkin. The location is great. Within 5-10 minutes, you are everywhere in the center, museums, cathedral, churches, bars and restaurants. It is very quiet. The street doesn't any have bars or restaurants and limited car access, so at night you couldn't hear anything All was spotless clean and well thought, and the beds were quite comfortable with a choice of different pillows. It's really great value for money (especially considerig the prices around)

They gave us useful information and were really helpful. The location is excellent, quiet, 10 min walk to the Ciudad de los Ciencias, 10 min to the old city center as much as to the beach by bus.
