Melina and Julie are the perfect hosts. Friendly, sweet and helpful. We had the most wonderful stay at Starling. Our room, and the rest of the house, was cosy and clean, the breakfast was tasty and super fresh, and the location are spot on. We would highly recommend everyone to stay at Starling if visiting Brighton, we loved it!

Anthony welcomed me personally and took me my room which is beautifully appointed. The bed in particular had lovely crisp white sheets and gorgeous pillows and I slept really soundly. He prepared a delicious full English breakfast in the morning with fresh coffee and toast. Truly exceptional. Shall return and recommend it to anyone.
