Our best hotel experience of all hotels at the South coast of the UK! We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England. This is a perfect option for a holiday for a resonable price if you don't wont to pay too much for a hotel. Sharon is very welcoming, room was great, clean with comfy king size bed and essential stuff in the room like tea/coffee+snacks, hair dryer, toiletteries, iron and ironing board, even additional huge warm blankets. Very nice breakfast will last you through the whole morning. Felt like you came to visit your relatives.

Breakfast was made to order and ready at the time you scheduled the night before. no time wasted from waiting to be seated, menu selection, or food prep. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Location along shoreline across from park and walking path made for delightful evening/morning strolls.
