Crown House is a wonderful and cozy place, run by its lovely owner. Heather was an incredible host, super kind and caring. The room we stayed in was beautiful and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a private bathroom, and everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood where Crown House is located is very nice and close to the center, making for a pleasant walk around beautiful houses. We stayed in Crown House for three nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely return and recommend Crown House to anyone wanting to explore Inverness and the Scottish Highlands. Thank you Heather for this wonderful time! ❤️

It exceeded my expectation. Despite being a small guest house, it offers everything that you are waiting for. There is a nice atmosphere, it’s cute. The room was very clean and tyde, a little small (but I already knew). The breakfast was served the way I preferred (continental or scotish), it was simple, objective and delicious. The staff is very friendly, the guy helped me to park. Ahh, I almost forgot to mention the perfect location. And everything for an affordable price.

Everything about this place was exceptional. David and Roberta have created something really special. The location was fantastic and was on a quiet street. It was so close to the city centre with a beautiful walk to get there. The breakfast was delicious every morning and there were so many choices. I'm a vegetarian and got to pick something different every day. David and Roberta were so helpful when it came to answering any questions that I had in advance and advice about day trips. I never had to ask for anything because David and Roberta have thought of everything from extra pillows and blankets to tea in the room, it made everything so comfortable. Everyone who works here works really hard and it shows. I had an early train to catch and thought I was going to miss breakfast the day of my departure until Roberta said that it could be ordered to take away. Even though I had to get up really early, I got to eat a lovely breakfast with coffee on the train. When people go above and beyond, this is the wonderful result. I'm so glad I got to stay here.

Location is superb, about a 5 minute walk to the city and a 5 minute walk the other way to Aldi should you need supplies. Pearl is a friendly, delightful host who had a welcome basket with fruit, tea, coffee, cereal, croissants and spreads as well as some biscuits and chocolate. She couldn’t do anymore to make our stay more comfortable.

Chris, the host, was a top fellow. The room was clean and very well equipped. Breakfast was the best we had in Scotland. Location was convenient and within walking distance of the city centre.
