A very nice room with kind staff. The room was clean and big, and we loved the personal touch for our honeymoon. Being able to use the pantry was lovely! It was filled with all sorts of snacks. The location was very close to the centre of York, a short walk to the Minster. The breakfast was superb as well!

the host keeps this property is tip top shape and adds many little details to make our stay exceptional like room in the common fridge by room number and real milk for our coffee, stored by room number. the garden and patio were handy for breakfasts and evenings.

Clear and easy to follow check in instructions, along with free parking close by. Everything I needed in a room also a good fan was provided as it was a warm evening. Delicious breakfast with friendly hosts.
