Quiet location away from touristy area but close to everything. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Great use of space. Our room had a small cooktop, sink, refrigerator, and kitchen ware. Beautiful historic property with all the modern updates.

What a great place to stay. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and we had our own private patio. Brunella, our host was amazing and helpful. We didn't speak Italian and Brunella didn't speak English. But with our mobile phones, communication was not a problem. Assisi was a beautiful place to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was also very good. Could have stayed here longer.

Lovely new apartments with an amazing view of Assisi. Apartments are small but have everything you could need, including a great little kitchen and all you could ask for in a packaged breakfast. Parking is secure, there is easy access to walk to the Basilica or there is a bus from the end of the road to the top of town, super convenient. Wifi is good. Elisabetta the host is lovely and provided lots of helpful suggestions, we were even able to visit her family olive oil farm which was fantastic.

Wonderful B&B! We loved our stay. The room was the nicest of our four week trip in Italy and had the comfiest bed/pillows. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was nice and very clean too. Host was lovely and helpful and good with recommendations. Also provided us with plenty of coffee pods and tea for our stay. There’s a Nespresso machine, jug and mini fridge in the room. Apartment is close to the main Piazza in a fabulous location to walk around the town. It is about a 10min walk on cobbled streets with suitcases from the car park, but worth it in my opinion (and it’s the same as all other accommodation in Assisi as you can’t drive in the town), once you’re there it’s the best location. Assisi itself is beautiful!! Would stay here again for sure :)
