As many people have already written, the couple who runs this BnB is just lovely! So helpful and kind! It was our last day in Italy and we had an early flight the morning after so we needed to stay near the airport in Fiumicino. It turned out to be a really great experience! Grazie :)

Sophia’s B and B is a perfect place for an overnight stay on arrival to Rome airport or prior to a flight. Located in the town of Fiumicino, the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, reliable WiFi and great bathroom. The instructions for self check-in was clear and concise. Sophia provides an ample Italian breakfast in the morning between 7-10 AM. We were able to walk to a restaurant upon arrival which was helpful. My suggestion on transportation…just use the FCO taxi to and from the airport. It is easier than trying to take the infrequent bus service. The cost for us was 20 Euro each way.

The place was really beautiful, close to the port and restaurants. The facilities where secure and comfortable. The best of all was Mauricio l, our host there, he was really kind and helpful in everything we needed.

Everything was perfect during my stay. Aurora and her Mom even went to the trouble to pick me up to bring me to their guest house. What an absolute treat. The room was so clean and comfortable, it was a real pleasure. No problem with getting a taxi in the morning. Fabulous real Italian restaurant just a short walk away. I will definitely keep this address.

Although we only stayed for one night before boarding our cruise it was a great location close to the airport. The staff were soooooooo helpful. The accommodation and the breakfast was great. Should we ever be around again will certainly return. Thanks for a lovely stay.
