We stayed at Hawai room and simply fell in love with the place on the first sight, Fabio, the host, was super kind and helpful from the very beginning and he made our stay super comfy. The room is spacious, with new bathroom where you can find more than everything you need. Sweet breakfast was very delicious and could feed half of the house :). As we are traveling a lot, we recommend these rooms as a Superb option while traveling to the south Rome. And as already mentioned, Fabio makes you feel like you just arrived home :) looking forward to come back!

Sussanna was a very helpful host, the place was very clean, pictures are identical to reality and you feel like you are in a hotel. I totally recommend!

Just 2 minutes' walk from the beach in Ostia, Barocchetto Romano offers free Wi-Fi and a large terrace overlooking the sea and town. The property is surrounded by restaurants and shops.

So nice place and great location! Big, beautiful terrace! Warm welcome! We liked a lot. We stayed only 1 night with my sister but could go again.

The apartment is perfect - very comfortable and clean, nicely decorated, with modern furniture and equipment, SmartTV, wifi. The hosts are very caring and helpful. It was absolutely enjoyable to find cookies and other yummies as well as a bottle of wine in the kitchen upon arrival. We also had a delicious free breakfast at the host's bar next morning. Our 2-week stay in Mausida was a magnificent experience.

Location was a little further from the airport but it was still close & easy to get too via bus! Bus ride was cheap too 1.30/person Could see the ocean from our room window, location is very close to the beach
