The check-in process was fast and efficient - everything is handled through a website. The room was very modern and luxurious with a clean and large bathroom. The double bed was big and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day with bedsheets and towels changed. There were plenty of power sockets and a modern TV. They supply coffee capsules which can be used with the coffee machine in the lobby. The staff was really helpful - we had a minor issue in one of the rooms which was resolved quickly. Even though the apartment is located further away from the center, there was frequent public transport as well as parking spaces.

Pensión Arroka está en el centro de San Sebastián, a 9 min a pie de Playa de La Concha y a 1,5 km de Playa de Ondarreta. The location is 20 minutes walk from the main cinemas, as we were there for the San Sebastian International Film Festival. Our pension was nest to university accommodation which made it a very safe place. Plenty of restaurants & bars close by.

I found the room clean, cobfortable and quiet. I had a very good night sleep. I appreciated the self check in option, as I arrived late in the evening. The closeness to the public car park and the reduced rate available to me as a guest of the Pension was also a plus. Ruth, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful. I would gladly come back and can highly recommend this accommodation.

I went there in November but the memory is still clear now. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel right at home! I really appreciate it! She’s hospitable, friendly and gave us lots of useful information. To be honest, I’d really much like to book this one again for its wonderful service next time. Todo estuvo muy bien con nuestra estadía, lastima que las fechas que elegimos no fueron las mejores, era festivo, habia mucha lluvia, por lo tanto, no había nada para hacer en el pueblo.
