Boasting a garden, shared lounge and views of garden, The Thistle Guesthouse is set in Portree, 32 km from Dunvegan Castle. This guest house offers free private parking and a housekeeping service. Definitely the best place I stayed in Scotland! I stayed in different accommodations each day, ranging from hostels and B&Bs to 4-star hotels, and this one was the best. The place was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with everything in perfect working order. The bed was very comfortable, and there was ample parking available. The breakfast was excellent. The owners were on-site, very approachable, and eager to help with everything.

Situated in Kensaleyre and only 25 km from Dunvegan Castle, Treaslane Bridge House features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has lake views. it was beautifully appointed. Kim went to great lengths to make us comfortable.

Located in Braes on the Isle of Skye, Balmoral Skye offers accommodation with sea views as well as mountain and garden views. Much much better than expected. Very large and clean bedroom/bathroom, super friendly owner. We even get a breakfast that was lovely prepared for us. Much place outside, even a private beach with fantastic views...

Fresh produce from the garden cooked with creative perfection. Murdo was a wonderful host - very friendly and helpful with great tips on how to have the best time in Portree. Highly recommended!

Set 13 km from Portree, just 41 km from Talisker Distillery, Seal Cottage offers beachfront accommodation with a garden, a private beach area, a terrace and free WiFi. It was a beautiful spot near the beach. The owner left cereal, milk, and other amenities for breakfast. There was also nice little touches from the owner in the cottage that made it feel homey. The bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.
