600 metres from Calangute Beach, Cerca Del Mar is a recently renovated property situated in Calangute and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Salim and his staff were very friendly and helpful. Salim gave us information about buses and bought tickets for us for the bus to airport Mopa/Noth Goa. The hotel is super clean, new and everything is working. The area in Calangute is good for the beach and many restaurants. Also is the street not very busy with traffic.

Located within 700 metres of Sinquerium Beach and 1.3 km of Candolim Beach, Marbella Guest House features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sinquerim. Really amazing place to stay, I felt like a celebrity or something in a luxury resort! Massive rooms, very peaceful vibes being away from the streets and by the jungle, and yet only like 10 mins walk to beach. Sajjan was an incredible host too, really goes out of his way to look after you and make sure you're all good. Food was really tasty too - pretty cheap, high quality, and I think fairly healthy (I miss it already!). In my room wifi signal was also good (I was on a work trip, and had no issues connecting at anytime - not sure if it's the same in all rooms though). Recommend this place highly.

Located in Candolim, The Sovereign Villa offers a garden. Each room is fitted with a balcony with a garden view. Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Set within 300 metres of Bogmalo Beach and 27 km of Basilica Of Bom Jesus in Bogmalo, Auslyn Guest House features accommodation with seating area. The service here is exceptional. The owner goes out of his way to ensure the comfort of his guests--one of the most accommodating guest houses I've ever stayed in. The location is great as well. It is close to the beach and a few minute drive to the airport. There are also exceptional restaurants only a few steps away and the neighborhood is quite and friendly. I would most definitely stay here again!

Rodrigues Guest House, a property with a garden, is located in Calangute, 500 metres from Calangute Beach, less than 1 km from Baga Beach, as well as 9 km from Chapora Fort. Definitely a place to stay in! Nandita and her family were very hospitable, helpful, and provided us with tons of good information. Room was cleaned every day and they look corespondent to the pictures. P.s. Awesome Baga Deck restaurant and bar that was just around the corner open 24/7 (recommended by Nandita) and the beach is close

Offering garden views, Pinnacle Holiday Homes is an accommodation set in Arpora, 6 km from Chapora Fort and 17 km from Thivim railway station. Brandon and family were very welcoming, supportive and informative. They really did exceed our expectations of stay at their beautiful Pinnacle Homes. Breakfast was delicious and served with love and etiquette. The location is perfect to cover all lovely places in north Goa. They even helped us to get commute right at their place. Very humble everyone was at their place. My special thanks to Creg, their elder son who did a very hearty welcome of us in absence of his parents. We will be delighted to book the place again in our next visit. :) Love and Cheers

Villa Khatun is a family run Guesthouse. It is set in Panjim 1.2 km from River Cruise and located away from noisy roads and close to a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store. We had two huge rooms with very nice furniture and there was even a community room and a big balcony. The host is very nice an caring! We stayed at the royal Phoenix Inn, which is directly in the area of Fountainhas (very beautiful). We could get filtered water any time.

Overlooking the whitewashed St. Sebastian Chapel, Afonso Guest House is located in the heart of Fontainhas, an old Latin Quarter. Free WiFi access is available. Very nice welcome of the owner and her son (congrats for your perfect french language). The house is in the best area of Panjim, close to the old houses of Fontainhas. Good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast on the roof-top terrace (but could be easily improved with fresh fruits and yoghourt/curd). Would like to come back!
