The staff is very friendly and respectful. I would 100% stay there again if I was in Battambang.

Didn't use TV or bar fridge, but assumed they worked. Used the pool at the Lux Villa, 50 meters up the street. booked for another 2 weeks next year. Close to market, ATMs, money changers, restaurants.
