A recently renovated holiday home in Willgottheim, L'atelier du gîte bleu offers sun terrace, private parking and sports facilities. This was the highlight of our trip around Europe, much due to the warm welcome when we arrived. Don't forget to visit the local restaurant. Could spend much more time here.

Set in Kirrwiller, Au bonheur des hirondelles offers accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The gîte was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Celine, the owner thought of everything from hairdryer to iron, to every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom downstairs is spacious with a very good shower. There is a sofa and a dining table, which was comfortable with the air conditioning on as it was very. The baker comes by in a van in the morning and there is a terrace with good seating. We were even invited to try Flammekuchen, a specialty of Alsace.

Set in Colmar in the Alsace region, Gîtes du Tichweg offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. We stayed 2 nights and it wasn't long enough! Our apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and our host, Pia, made us feel like family. The accommodations are thoughtfully situated around the stables and grounds; there is a lovely shared garden space with a fire pit, jacuzzi (too early in the season for our stay), picnic area. We stayed in the petit home of the two: the kitchen had all the necessities, it was spotless. My children loved their room. Pia shared how to play with their baby goats as well as how to interact with chickens with my children, which absolutely thrilled them. In the morning she had them bringing clippings to their pen and help her tend to the baby goats. She had excellent recommendations for activities in the area. In the evening, she guided the guests on an evening walk with the goats around the property and gave us all a tour of the stables to meet their horses. The buildings are designed to be sustainable, including a bio-roof on the stable itself, which is so amazing. Everyone we met who was either tending to their horse, or stopping by, was friendly -all of the animals are loved and happy. The area around the property is surrounded by hiking and biking trails. The wine road is easily accessible, if that is something you wish to do. The area has a great deal to offer families beyond vineyards. Grocery options are very close by and Colmar is just a few minutes drive to park and walk. My children and I absolutely loved our stay - my husband could not come with us due to work, so we've already booked another stay in the Fall so that he can accompany us.

Located in the old town, Staedel in the heart of the northern Vosges,100 metres from the Château de la Petite Pierre, Les Chambres - Au Grès du marché provides a restaurant and free WiFi. The restaurant and hotel, run by this amazing couple, just exude dedication to making their guests feel at home. Our experience was beyond splendid, not just because of the fantastic food and hospitality, but also because of their warm personalities. We couldn't resist indulging in their weekend menu, originally planning for just one night. But it was so darn good that we found ourselves craving another round. Thanks to Estelle, who worked her magic to squeeze us in for another delightful meal. Boasting garden views, Le Grand Petit Prince - Domaine de Charme - Jacuzzis privatifs provides accommodation with patio, around 24 km from Parc Expo Mulhouse. We drove to the location, which was easy to find. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. The interior decoration of the house was exquisite and of nice quality. The outdoor environment was excellent, with beautiful trees in the yard and even some deers nearby. The hot tub was warm and comfortable, allowing us to relax completely for two days. The bed was very soft and comfortable as well. We truly enjoyed our stay. Additionally, the accommodation is conveniently close to a supermarket. I highly recommend driving to this location.

Offering barbecue facilities and inner courtyard view, Gîte Dubois is situated in Romanswiller, 30 km from Strasbourg History Museum and 31 km from St. Paul's Church. We really had good time here! Family Dubois is really kind. The apartsment is big snd well orgsnized.

Offering barbecue facilities and inner courtyard view, Gîte De La Ferme is located in Gundolsheim, 19 km from Colmar Train Station and 20 km from House of the Heads. Beautiful property. Claude was a fantastic host.

Situated conveniently in Colmar, Gite "Karcher" offers express check-in and check-out and private parking. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. we stay 3 nights here. all are perfect. this is a wonderful place. all equipment has been provided. very comfortable and very clean. perfect location, located in a middle of colmar center. wonderful service mind. if we come colmar, we will come back for sure.

Clean and quaint home - we loved the fact the village dates back to the medieval days. So much history to discover. You will need a car if you want to travel beyond the village.
