This is a fantastic place and nearby to all relevant points, very good staff and good clean room, suitable rooms and ketchen . I have booked and visited these apartments three times and am really not disappointed. In short, I highly recommend the place.

Clean, comfy, and quiet. Great location right next to a bus stop that will take you right downtown. Just an FYI, this is a room in a two bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom and kitchen. This was not obvious in the listing so we were a bit confused on arrival but it turned out fine.

The host is really really nice and the room and other facilities were clean and comfy. Although the flat is a little away from the city center, transportation to the property is fast and easy thanks to frequent trains and busses running to the property. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Very nice homestay, away from hustle and bustle. 15 minutes walk to S-bahn, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. Charming house with many personal touches, very friendly owner. Clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

There are super markets around within 5 min walking distance. There is a bus stop right outside of the house. Also the Pankow-Heinersdorf (S2, S8) subway stop is around 15-20 min walking distance. The bathroom, the kitchen and the living room of the house is shared with other guests. The room and the house was clean. The owner was really friendly and ready to fulfill our requests. Even though we didn't meet in person we had a short chat everyday. We could even use bicycles for free to ride along Berlin but we had no time to try.

The room is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Josef’s hospitality is extraordinary and has some great tips on where to visit and must-see places around the city. I would definitely stay at Josef’s once again
