The location of the hotel is excellent and easy to find even if you are visiting Madrid for the first time. The hotel is located in an old building opposite the Royal Palace. Near all attractions and many cafes and restaurants. The hotel management really care about their guests. We were sent detailed information on how to get to the hotel, which helped us a lot. Situated in Madrid’s Las Letras district, this guest house is 300 metres from the Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums. The staff were really attentive. They clean the rooms everyday. They also change the towels everyday. The room was spacious. The bathroom has bathtub, bidet and hair dryer. They provide wáter heater for the free coffee, tea and milk. Coming on winter, we thought It would be very cold but the room was really warm. We didn't use the heater a lot. And the location is amazing. You could go anywhere in minutes. There was nothing else i could've asked for.
