It is absolutely fine. I was worried sbout a sleepless night when a group of young men were loudly partying past 10 -- but extremely impressed by the security lady that shut them up immediately! The breakfast was basic but filling.

Very clean but sparsely furnished and functional rather than any hint of luxury. Quiet suburban location. Bus routes to centre two minutes walk away, also a 'Spar' shop and a cafe. Good WiFi and excellent shower. T.V (not used). Friendly and helpful reception lady. Excellent buffet breakfast.
