They were very helpful and responsive, you can rent hiking poles for cheap price. They all have TV, on our fourth floor you will find a wonderful view of the city and mountains that surround Puerto Natales. Right sized, cozy and comfy rooms. The bathroom has a super-techie and wonderful shower. Climatization was on point. Breakfast was also very tasty and healthy. The lady in charge was very kind and helpful.

I stayed in the dorm and it was mostly empty (probably due to the higher price point). Kitchen had an induction cooktop!
