The room was big, comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen has everything you might need during your stay. I was also allowed to check in early and have a late checkout which helped tremendously as I arrived very early in the city. Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help with anything, including giving some tips on transportation and where to eat. Would definitely stay there again if I return to the city!

Highly recommend staying here should you wish to stay at a hostel in Santiago. Although it is said that this area has become less safe due to the recent situation in chile Jean guided us on the dos and don’ts and we felt very safe.

Breakfast was a nice bonus and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. water was hot for the shower after the usual minute (this is Chile after all) and everything was good about the stay.

Aji Hostel features single beds in mixed or female only dormitories, as well as private double rooms with a private bathroom. All rooms are decorated with vibrant colours, modern parquet flooring and local artwork. We paid just to have a place where to stay the night while we enjoyed Santiago's nightlife. Any small hostel would have worked for us. What we received was way more than that: nice bathrooms with everything we needed, a big room, an unexpected additional bunk bed we used for our backpacks, nice decoration and pretty wooden floors. It included breakfast but we didn't use that service.
