Boasting a terrace, Hostal Boutique Factoria Patagonia offers accommodation in Puerto Natales, located 2.9 km from the bus station. This hostel is a gem. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. The decor and facilities like new and the staff was warm, welcoming and very attentive. Best place to stay in Puerto Natales. (We walked around to check out others and none compared to the quality of La Factoria). Breakfasts and dinners were quite tasty as well. Loved our time here. Thank you Natalia, Manuel, And Fernando! The staff at this hostel are fantastic, really helpful and friendly. The facilities are great too. There is free tea and coffee in the kitchen and porridge at breakfast time. The reception area is very nicely decorated, feels like a ski lodge. And there's also cards, games and books. We used the equipment rental for our W Trek and everything was of high quality. They also stored our luggage for the 5 days free of charge. The location is less than 10min walk from the main square and the bus station which was perfect.

Hostal Baquedano is set in the centre of Puerto Natales, 500 metres away from the Main Square and 600 metres from the bus station. Each room comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Reasonable price.

Pancho makes you feel right at home and was very helpful in giving advice about the town. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and very well organized. Would absolutely recommend.

Super clean, good breakfast, great bathrooms (we were wary about them being shared, but they turned out to be super clean and felt like private bathrooms anyway), and amazing staff.
