Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. Location is excellent. A lot of the tourist spots are within walking distance. Those that weren't were easily accessible with the nearby tram. Upon check-in, the host gave a quick tour of the place as well as a walk through of the rules and overall made sure I knew where I can get the things I needed etc. They had a compilation of information that's very helpful for tourists. I also appreciated the towel provided for each guest and a small fan for every bed. They've done a good job to anticipate the guests' needs and made sure all those are well provided for. All the other guests were polite and mindful of each other's comfort which I think was made possible by the system / organisation that the hostel has. Lastly, it was a very sweet gesture to provide guests with free breakfast which was more than enough as a meal (plus their homemade dessert was fantastic!)

Hotel Ozz by Happyculture (ex Normandie) is a hotel located in the city center of Nice, a 2-minute walk from Nice-Ville Train Station and a 15-minute walk from the beach. The apartment was very new, clean, very well equipped, safe and easy to access. Also, the host was very easy to communicate with and very very friendly and welcoming. It was also very good to park the car for a reasonable price right in front of the apartment.

The Meyerbeer Hostel is located only 50 metres from the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais. The main square as well as the main train station are reachable with a 10-minute walk. A great place to stay in Nice - not only was the apartment clean, fully furnished with all the amenities you could possibly need during your permanence (dishwasher, kettle, iron, kitchen utensils), but also the owner is very communicative and available. The check-in and out is simple, and all the instructions are provided clearly. I definitely recommend this one.
