Very nice and friendly place and owner. Fully equiped kitchen. Everything was tidy and Clean. Great oppportunity to meet other travellers from all over the world. Nearby train & Bus Station, Supermarket and Restaurants.

The Toya está muy bien situado en el barrio de Toyako Onsen, Lago Toya, a 41 km de Estación de tren Muroran, a 41 km de Estación de tren Higashi-muroran y a 46 km de Hirafu Station. El personal fue muy amable y profesional, la comida era deliciosa, las camas muy confortables con percheros y armarios para colgar ropa, las duchas muy amplias y limpias y disponen de todo tipo de jabones y amenities. Hay sauna y acceso a Onsen. También lavadora secadora y espacio tatami para relajarse. La ubicación es muy cómoda, delante del lago y junto a estación de buses. Muy agradable!

WISE OWL HOSTELS SAPPORO es un alojamiento muy bien situado en el centro de Sapporo que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado, salón de uso común, wifi gratis y bar. I liked staying at Wise Owl so much that I rebooked twice. The staff was very friendly and warm-hearted. They all spoke very good English. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Also the kitchen was clean. The hostel is located close to restaurants, grocery stores, several convenient stores and it’s a short walk into downtown/public transportation. If you’re a solo traveler or/and want to meet people, I recommend this hostel.

Everything was perfect for us. However, upon talking to other people who were staying at the same location, we were shocked to find out that there was no air conditioning in their room. This made their stay extremely uncomfortable. We had air conditioning in our room. When I brought it up with management, they said that some rooms have it and some rooms don’t. It is then very important when you book to ask for a room With air conditioning, if that is important to you.
