In everything that is a combo related to hostels, my experience at Hostel Deventer has been perfect. The staff is very attentive and friendly; they solved a problem for me in less than 5 minutes and in a very kind manner. The location, cleanliness, and the environment of the area make this place my TOP 3 favorite places in the whole Netherlands, ratio price / accomodation.

The Black Sheep Hostel is located in Giethoorn at the main canal. Free WiFi, parking and breakfast are offered at the property. All rooms include a shared bathroom. I stay at many hostels and normally I don't write reviews but I'm going out of my way to say that this place is excellent. Location is unbeatable, right in the middle of the village with an amazing garden that fosters interaction. Price/value ratio is excellent. Wifi is excellent in the kitchen area, and decent in the garden area in case you want to work remotely. I want to especially call out the amazing host. She was kind enough to help me with laundry and in general went out of her way to make sure the guest has a good experience.
