Situated in the city centre, 15 minutes walk from Central station and only 450 metres from the Erasmus Bridge, Hostel ROOM Rotterdam offers room with free WiFi. staff was extremely helpful! Sam especially. he showed me around the hostel and even helped me with my luggage. loved the sitting area and even has a guest kitchen. walking distance to many restaurants but if you stay here I highly recommend El Graucho steakhouse right next door! amazing and reasonable price. make reservations though. it’s a local favorite.

Location, and vibe were excellent. My complaint is with the design of the room ( 4 person). Almost claustrophobic and near impossible to make your bed, especially if you had a top bunk. Really pathetic whoever designed the rooms. Not even a chair to sit on to put your shoes on, and the lockers were so narrow it precluded most every type of luggage. But on the positive side, the public areas, the staff, and overall experience is excellent.

I like the common area, the staircase with posters as well as the room which had a skylight! The breakfast was great value and the staff provided excellent service all throughout my trip, even arranged an amazing architectural tour around Rotterdam. Location was also spot on for train travel. Nice to be able to store backpack there in luggage storage and play guitar a little in the common area.
