I really appreaciate the hotel being situated at the walking distance from the centre. Hotel personnel was nice and the breakfast buffet was fully satisfactory for us.

Smell of cigarettes was not only in the corridor but also in our room (despite the area being non-smoking) and it was very annoying for us.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

The use of the air conditioning is not allowed in the winter. Because the room looked out onto a busy room it was too noisy to have the window open making the room stuffy without aircon.

location, cleanliness of room and an excellent breakfast

no room service(though they were kind enough to organise pizza for dinner from outside), rates for such hotel for superior room cannot be more than 100 euros with breakfast, times are changing
