Very attractive location, good for city trip as well as for shopping, convinient. Special attitude to kids - kandies upon arrival, children bathrobe,etc.

The responsible gentleman at the swimming pool was extremly friendly

there were road work going on, so it was quiet loud in the morning.

Location excellent.

Very bad smell from drain in bathroom.This was treated by someone from housekeeping pouring water and disinfectant into the drain but the smell was still noticeable.

The location was the only good thing about it!

The service at breakfast was bad to say the least. The rooms were a nice size but very tired and badly in need of a upgrade. The spa facilities were also a dissapointment.

free internet not free of charge and to not beeing offered this service by check in, no info about the price. charged for btl of champagne we did not have. no compensation. food on room service poor quaility.
