Please note that smoking in this accomodation is prohibited and no pets are accepted. The bright and spacious rooms contain two calm and comfortable bedrooms with each a double-bed (140x200, Queensize). Both bedrooms are equipped with a userfriendly wardrobe and two bedside tables each. The living room contains a TV (60-inch-TV), game consoles (Playstation 3, Xbox 360 plus several games and movie DVDs) and a cozy sofa with a couch table for relaxation. The modern kitchen consists of an eating table and four chairs, a stove and an oven, microwave, dishwasher, „Nespresso“ coffee machine (additional welcome-coffeecapsules), toaster, water kettle and fridge with freezer compartment as well as dishes and cutlery. In the bathroom you will find a combination of bath tub and shower, washing machine, sink and WC. In addition, towels and bedding plus ironing facilities are available. Parking space free of charge right in front of the building.
The apartment is located 3 km from the Nuremberg fair and is easily reached by busses and trains. You get to the city center (main station) by bus in 11 minutes. Bus stop 4 minutes walking distance. Nearby you find plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, e.g. -Bakery for a nice breakfast (1 minute walking distance from the accomodation) -Restaurants (italian, greek, chinese and german cuisine) only 5 – 10 minutes on foot -Supermarkets („Edeka“ & „Netto“) about 7 – 8 minutes walking distance -Rent-a-bike about 7 – 8 minutes walking distance -Hiking trails close to Nuremberg -Nuremberg Zoo about 15 - 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car
