The friendly staff, the delicious breakfast, the extra breakfast room for traveling groups, the price, a refrigerator in the room.

The water didn't always work in the shower. The rooms and especially the doors were really not sound-proof. The heating of the room was very hard to adjust; it was either very hot or very cold; nothing in between.

Internet didn't work. Was mentioned in site that there was free parking on site, at arrival to the hotel we were told we had to find street parking, which involved driving around for over an hour to find a spot.

The breakfast and the vicinity, quiet and nice estate.

Slightly far for walking and probably a little difficult to find if one doesn't have GPS.
