Please note that there is no staffed reception in the house, but a janitor and a support team, which are available by phone for any difficulties and support. This is a non-smoking apartment. Penalty for smoking in the property - 300 euros. Penalty for violating the silence rule (22.00-7.00) or organizing parties - 200 euros.

You arrive, relax and park your car in our spacious underground garage and easily enter our beautiful apartment using your individual access code - which you will have received by email the day before. Once here, you are allowed to use all the amenities we provide, whether it's the kitchen utensils or the instant coffee. We love it when our guests feel comfortable.

Our accommodation is located in the city center of Osnabruck, nearby the wonderful Burgerpark, that is 800 meters away, where you can have a walk and breathe the fresh air. Also, you can visit a historical town hall that is 1,1 km away and observe the stunning view. Don´t forget about visiting the St. Peter's Cathedral that is 900 meters from the apartment.
