the only thing I liked it was clean.

I only stay one night but I was not able to get any dinner service because everything was close for holiday, no water or coffee available I didn't like anything

After missing my transatlantic flight, I booked a room at the Best Western and the staff was so accomodating. The continental breakfast was delicious and it's really close to the airport, with a free shuttle service. This hotel brightened my day and I would recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast - very good but dining room very cold. I twould be useful if you asked travellers who use shuttle which terminal they arrive at when booking is made - I made mistake and told them terminal 1 when I actually arrived at terminal 4. I apologised after waiting in cold weather for one hour. My fault but could have been avoided with better booking proceedure.

night porter curt and almost unfriendly - male receptionist in morning very helpful and courteous - hotel very, very cold. Room too small. Hotel very clean and efficient but did not have welcoming atmosphere. breakfast staff very good and food choice excellent value for money. I did give night staff wrong terminal for my arrival in Spain so I did apoligise - not the fault of the hotel.

Nothing would make me recommend this hotel

It took three quarters of an hour to collect us from the airport The free shuttle bus does not operate until too late for the early morning flights - ripped off for a five minute journey at 5.50am total 17 Euro surly unhelpful staff. the free breakfast included in the inflated overnight stay was not available until later after 7am I think. By 8.30pm there was no food or drink available at the hote

Excellent location, comfortable, stylish rooms, helpful staff, efficient free shuttle.

Not a problem or complaint but on our arrival the receptionist used the term 'kingsize' when it transpired that he meant 'twin' which caused some confusion - but it was good that we were able to converse in English.
