Can Cap de Bou is an authentic Mallorcan finca dating back to the 18th century, located just one kilometre from the sea, in a very peaceful enclave in the heart of the bay of Pollença. You can enjoy the BBQ area, wood oven and outdoor dining area. Swimming pool of 6x12 metres, tennis court and a relaxation area. In the farmhouse we have different animals, such as two donkeys, a horse and chickens that are part of the big family of Can Cap de Bou. Ideal for families with children, cycling groups and surfers. Impormasyon ng neighborhood

The Can Cap de Bou estate is located in the northwest of the island of Mallorca and in the centre of the Bay of Pollença, forming part of an area of special interest (A.N.E.I.) for its flora and fauna. It has been used for many different purposes over the years, but has always been directly related to livestock (cattle) due to its excellent pastures, which made up the Prat part of the estate. The old outbuildings, built in stone in 1700 and opened to the public in 1989, were renovated in 2000 to form independent dwellings. These houses are arranged around a palm grove in the form of an oasis, where the pond has been converted into a swimming pool and the cowshed has been transformed into a barbecue. With 34 hectares of land and 450 m² constructed, it is the ideal place for families with children and nature lovers.
