Ja el coneixia. La seva proximitat a l'estació d'Atocha. Que ens van donar l'habitació 318, totalment interior. Encara que donava a un pati de llums no es podia veure el cel, per tant quin dia feia, interessant de veure en llevar-nos de dormir, per la roba a posar. |

Spacious well decorated room, lovely bathroom, proximity to Atocha railway station and metro, many sights at walking distance. Of the many hotels we have stayed in in Madrid Carlton is the best. We will be back. Thank you Carlton. |

Friendly helpful staff, excellent location No. The ultra modern bathroom, especially the shower taps were hard to understand, and the narrow shower screen didn't stop water getting onto bathroom floor. Everything else was excellent. |

We received two suites for the price of the two rooms booked. Breakfast was good quality and large choice. elevators very small - they were redecorating the outside façade, a bit of discomfort |

Location. Subway is near. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.We were not informed that there was no aircon so we had to open the windows at night.It was very noisy. There was a safety deposit box in the room...but with a Euro 2.00 charge use per night.This is the fist time I have experienced a hotel charging for use of a safety deposit box in the room. Also,staff were not helpful...their answer to questions...I Am busy!!! |
