Set on Paseo de la Castellana, one of Madrid’s main avenues, this modern hotel is well located at the cultural and business heart of the capital city.

Enjoy the panoramic views while doing some exercise in the hotel gym. You can also unwind in the sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath. There is also a smart restaurant onsite, where you can sample delicious Basque-style cuisine. Some staff was very friendly

Breakfast room is too small and very noisy, long wait to get tea, stressed staff, shoving dishes. Bad acoustics, you ear the street noise (I was on the 9th floor)

Did not think much of the executive room considering extra charge, food in hotel very expensive. Very noisy! Although I have stayed several times before in this hotel I will not return there next time.

location

we came back to the hotel at midnight, the doors were locked and we had to wait to get into the hotel while waiting with the sleeping homeless person outside the door
