La atención? Impecable.Pedi info de una peluqueria en domingo.Martha busco por telefono centros abiertos tratando de ayudar.Trajo un adaptador electrico...de inmediato.Itzier de recepción muy amable,la jefa de recepcion Mar,lo mismo! A las 6.30 A.M. tome el café de los madrugadores! Servico especial gratis q brinda el hotel desde las 5.30 A.M. El check out fue perfecto! Vayan! He sido objetiva! Nada. Todo colmaba mis expectativas mas exigentes. Lo super recomiendo. |

El hecho de que la pared de la habitación sea un ventanal es muy bonito (entra mucha luz) pero no hay posibilidad de abrir una ventana en la habitación¡ Esto hace que, aún con el aire acondicionado, el ambiente de la habitación esté un poco cargado y la habitación no pueda ventilarse. |

Relación calidad-precio y atención del personal. Ducha algo incómoda al ser de diseño. Nada que ver con las duchas convencionales que tienen en otros hoteles Confortel. Falta algún enchufe para conectar portátil |
