Set just off Madrid’s famous Gran Vía, this smart, modern hotel offers a convenient setting for your visit to the Spanish capital.

The hotel’s location near to Plaza de España means that most of the city’s most popular sights can easily be reaches on foot. The central Puerta del Sol is within a 10-minute walk, and other sites such as Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace can easily be found from here. Also, Gran Vía and the surrounding area are the capital’s shopping heart, with many famous boutiques, bars and restaurants. Central location, friendliness and attitude of staff

Some of the infrastructure is a bit creaky for a 4-star hotel, particularly the lift, and the aircon in our room was noisy, but thankfully it was working. I mean not the aircon pump and fan which were near silent, but there was something wrong with the thermostat and control unit, which kept audibly clicking on and off very frequently, switching the cold air on and off literally every 5 seconds. Third stay in 2 weeks. Only comment is that the rooms seem to differ considerably in terms of size, especially bathroom. First room (203) bathroom and room were average size.
