With its privileged location in Madrid's commercial and business centre, on the Paseo de la Castellana, it has good connections to Barajas airport and the city's exhibition centre. The Hotel Hesperia has an exquisite design, seamlessly combining modern and classical elements and top quality finishes. The decor of the public areas in the hotel was designed by Pascua Ortega, known for his work at the Teatro Real and other culture-related buildings.

Expensive and unhelpful reception staff with a muddled check in (they couldn't find the reservation) and an muddled check out when they did not comply with request to charge card as included in booking form comments. We wrote to register a complaint but received no reply.

Atención del personal. Tuve un problema con un extravio de mi cartera en un taxi y el chico de la entrada (Carlos) y en recepción de portaron muy muy bien y al final recuperé la cartera en realidad porque el taxista la llevo pero me ayudaron mucho.Les estoy enormenmente agradecido. Recomendaré éste hotel , por supuesto y cuando vuelva a Madrid iré a Hesperia Castellana. Muy profesionales!
