Villa NOMA is a recently renovated design space nestled in La Capellanía, near Corralejo and Lajares. An oasis that boasts a heated pool, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a serene garden surrounded by swaying palm trees for the perfect indoor-outdoor experience. A project by 'Noogar Interior Design,' that blends a modern aesthetic with ethnic vibes and Mediterranean influences. A cosy and stylish holiday villa with heated pool where to enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating experience during your stay in Fuerteventura. ***Before you book: Please keep in mind that one of the bedrooms has a bunk-bed. We recommend this double bedroom to: 1 adult - 2 children - 2 adults feeling comfortable sharing the double bed. ***The Pool can be heated upon request. Please inform the property manager. GROUND FLOOR On the ground floor you will find the open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a toilet, the garden and patio with pool. FIRST FLOOR On the first floor you will find a double bedroom, the bedroom with a bunk-bed and a bathroom with shower to share. The bedroom with the bunk-bed has a work desk at your disposal and access to a balcony.

La Capellanía is a quiet residential area that will conveniently give you access by car to Corralejo (7 minutes) Lajares (9 minutes) Villaverde (10 minutes) El Cotillo (16 miutes). There is a SuperDino supermarket in La Capellanía open every day and a Lidl and Mercadona (5 minutes by car). 'Casa Pablo' coffee and restaurant is open from 10AM-10PM from Monday to Saturday, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
