The food was excellent and the staff really friendly. my room was clean and had good facilities, lovely swimming pool and a big grass area to lay. Really liked this hotel The Resturant and bar is shut all weekend for lunch and dinner and this is a nuisance on Sunday nights or after a long day in Madrid. Also in the summer the pool is open on weekends but the bar and resturant not!!! so where do you get refreshments |

Very good hotel, easy to get to the city center, you can leave your car in the hotel and enjoy Madrid using its great Metro system. |

Very good room, good bathroom. Wifi through all the hotel. Hotel way too far away from city centre, wasnt very clear about this. You have to take at least one bus and one metro/bus to get to the city, and after 23:30 you have to take a cab. Also my room was smelling like smoke, and i wanted a non-smoking bedroom. |

Nice setting and views. Very friendly staff. Rooms too small. More like a 3 star hotel. No space for an armchair in the room. No facilities anywhere in the hotel to sit comfortably to read the paper not even in the garden |

Great place for peace and quiet at night... hard to find in Madrid. Once you learn which bus to take to town...very easy...the short ride is worth the beautiful view of Madrid and the QUIET. The room needs a clock and a full length mirror. |

Everything was good except no breakfast. There is good parking space. Location was okay with a car. Free wifi but signal is not strong enough so I needed to move around my room to find the right place. But it's free and usable. |

New hotel, looking very texan to me. Excellent room, good position if you are by car, excellent parking.Beautiful garden. internet was not working and the picture with park and pool is very good made, but the park is actually a garden and the pool is not very big. |

Bus stopping in front of hotel. Quiet environment. Lack of English knowledge of personnel. Restaurant not open during weekend. Poor quality of restaurant food. |

very peacefull with many grassy areas. The pool was nice and the beach towel service usefull. The rooms and esp. the bathrooms are excellent. The staff are very helpfull and the free internet usefull for the children. the bus to moncloa is regular, cheap and outside the gates of the hotel (15 min journey). reception has chinese and pizza take away menus and will order for you Lots of building work in the area and quite hard to find. the taxi from the airport was 50 euro for 3 people and 3 cases. no shops within walking distance |

Very good hotel, not that far from the center, and relatively cheap. The hotel is full of useless corners. Everything in this hotel is difficult to find. The hotel itself was also difficult to reach. |

Good value for money, nice quite residential location and excellent transport links directly outside the hotel. The bar and restaurant had extremely odd opening time for a hotel which is considered to be 4 stars. While room service remained open for the whole duration of the stay, the bar and restaurant closed on Sundays and bank holidays. This was not communicated with us by reception on arrival - not a massive problem, but personally found this very peculiar. |
