The city center, casino, thalasso, Olympic swimming pool, shops, everything is within walking distance of our residence. Beautiful terrace of 15m ² front of the sea, Lovely 2 room flat fully equipped. An ideal place for recharging one's batteries or for your long holidays. Details : Duplex apartment with elevator on the 4th and last floor. - Entrance with Guest toilets with wash hands - Large living room with open kitchen fully equipped (nespresso, dishwasher, washing machine). Modern and upscale decor. - Quality sofa - Large fully equipped terrace with table and 4 chairs and garden furniture - all in in teak wood - Upstairs, beautiful room with luxury hotel bedding Queen Size (160X200), flat screen TV,separate toilets, bathroom with bathtub House linen and cleaning service, consumptions included. Free parking around the residence. transport network Easily accessible by transport: -Gare road and SNCF DEAUVILLE-TROUVILLE (Place Louis Armand 14200 Deauville) 20 minutes walk (direct TER from Paris Saint Lazare) or via bus 20 in 13 minutes. - Airport DEAUVILLE-NORMANDIE 20 minutes by car or taxi - The airport is equipped to receive medium-haul traffic. The lines are regular and you can find charter flights. The airport is also suitable for horse freight, as well as for private aviation, with the Deauville Aeroclub -Ouibus and Flixbus offer direct routes to Deauville. The "Bus Verts du Calvados" provide daily services to Caen, Cabourg, Honfleur and Le Havre. - By boat: Brittany ferries connect Normandy to Britain, with departures from Caen-Ouistreham, Le Havre or Cherbourg.
