A large ground floor double bed apartment with private garden. Very bright and modern. Own entrance. Ideal for holidaying couples wishing to explore this beautiful region. A few minutes easy walk to the village centre with a general store, boulangerie, presse/tabac, bar/restaurant, post office, pharmacy and doctor. Walking distance to a beautiful lake for walking, cycling and fishing. 9 hole golf course very close by with a bar & food. There are lots of pretty villages and bastide towns nearby and larger towns for other amenities. We can help and direct you. We look forward to welcoming you here! Apartment facilities include TV and free Wifi plenty of storage/hanging space. Bedding is provided. Ensuite shower room - towels, toilet rolls, soap and hairdyer provided. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge (including freezer compartment), electric hotplate, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, coffee machine, breakfast bar and stools. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking ware. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil provided. Kitchen opens onto a private garden with table and chairs, loungers and parasol. Plenty of parking space.

We enjoy the outdoors - gardening, cycling, walking, tennis and of course the wonderful food and wine on offer here!
Tombeboeuf is a typical French village in the Lot-et-Garonne, perfectly placed to explore this beautiful and peaceful region of France and also neighboring regions such as the Lot and the Dordogne which are easily accessible from here. This area is ideal for walkers, cyclists, keen fishermen, and golfers and if you want to go further afield, there are many interesting places to visit within easy driving distance.
