Arguably the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep.

Only 50 yards from Tottenham Court Road underground / tube station (Exit 3) serviced by the Northern and Central Line. Within walking distance of the City's main Shopping areas of Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street. In the heart of Theatreland, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Chinatown and Soho.

Unique to the hotel, guests are able to enjoy (at a very nominal charge of 4 GBP per person per stay, payable locally) access to one one the largest and best equipped Health & Fitness facilities in Central London, featuring 25m Fitness Swimming Pool, extensive Cardio Zone. In addition, over 100 exercise classes, climbing wall, table tennis etc can be used by guests subject to availability. Other activities, Massage and Beauty Therapy, plus a number of speciality classes are available at an extra cost.

There are four Guest Lifts in service between reception and the 11th Floor (access to the 12th Floor is via a short flight of stairs from the 11th Floor). Two of these lifts also service the Health Club on the lower ground level.

The hotel has a Casino (operated by Gala Casino) adjacent to the hotel. Enquire direct with Gala for detailed joining procedures (guests must join by completing a membership form, provide proof of permanent address and passport or drivers license as ID).

Location to London Shows and shops

At all times had to wait ages for lifts (walked down from 7th floor each time we went out). Never got to breakfast as queues were to reception no matter what time you went.

Good location, good housekeeping, good price for the location

Front desk staff, single room and bathroom too small even for 1 person, obsolete furnishing and common areas, long waiting time for the lift

Everything. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Unhelpful staff, dirty room, the most uncomfortable bed, the bed was very small and also was placed in the smallest space - wall to wall where you had to go to the bottom of the bed to get out. The sink was hanging off the wall, the shower blocked, the wireless internet didnt work, lights were broken in our bedroom,fire alarm went off

The central location. The old building is well insulated for sound. As a light sleeper this is a great benefit to me. The staff were friendly.

I did not eat dinner there as unlike breakfast the restaurant was pretty empty and the selection of food seemed like it was like a cafe rather than a restaurant menu.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were perfect, however a little small. The location is excellent very central 3min walk to the tube station.Really enjoyed our stay.

the beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm. We checked in early - about 10.30 am which meant we could have a rest and a quick cup of tea before going back out! Lovely breakfast. Good value for money.

the closeness to our theatre and a reasonable price.

The staff looked bored and uninterested in their jobs, a smile would have been good once or twice. It was very impersonal service. The corridors were noisy at night and house keeping knocked on the door on sunday morning twice at 9.30 and a bit later when we were still in bed. We were not due to check out until 11am.
