the queus for breakfeast are terrible..empty tables are too slow to be cleaned by staff. and we were 2 hours tryin to find your hotel in the city!! we rang the lady at he desk at least 8 times lookin for directions.she didn't seem to know much of the surrounding area where we were!!! and kept misleading us we were very frustraed with this needless to say.. and took a disliking to the hotel due tha |

The room was lovely and very comfortable,immaculately clean and very good lighting. A lot of hotel rooms are rather dark with lights all in the wrong places.A Very good breakfast too.. |

The leisure facilities were good.- Although the food was nice the sevice was very poor. Had to wait in a queue for breakfast then had to wait for more food to cooked. Also our evening meal took ages to come and then they forgot our drinks. |

We were given a room with three beds instead of just one double. That made the room even bigger :-) On of three mornings we didn't have any hot water. But I suppose that it was due to the "showering rush hour". An hour later it worked again properly. |

The 20 minute walk into the main city of Dublin - however, once the developments are finished within the vicinity, it will be a new vibrant part of the city to visit. |

Excellant Hotel, rooms where first class and the special offer with the zoo was just Brillant. The Zoo pass was worth €42. |

The leisure facilities were very good, although should make clear before you go that need a swimming cap to use the pool. The rooms were a fab size and very clear with plenty of hanging space for clothes. It was a bit of a walk from everything and although 4 star the rooms were quite basic. Also the internet was supposed to be complimentary but if you tried to use it, it wanted to charge you money. |
