The house is located in a very nice area of ​​the district of San Lorenzo. At 50 meters from the main entrance of La Sapienza University, also very close to the Termini station, from where you can also take the subway, then move to the city. The structure of the house dates back to 1920 and has been completely renovated. The bedrooms are comfortable and very large. The kitchen, separated from the dining room, is fully equipped and includes a coffee machine, induction tiles and a dishwasher.

We are 3 brothers that we all come from studies involving both 2D and 3D graphics. We decided to start managing this house, trying to do something more than the "usual" holiday home. Thanks to our experiences we try to make your stay in Rome even more interesting and welcoming ... hoping to succeed.

The San Lorenzo district is located in the south-east of the capital, between the Aurelian Walls and the Verano. Lively and bohemian, it is a relatively young district, since it was born in the second half of the nineteenth century, the first houses built in the district were those for workers coming from various parts of Italy. The University "La Sapienza", a few meters from the apartment, is the heart of the neighborhood. Numerous clubs, pubs, restaurants and breweries animate the area of ​​San Lorenzo that is teeming with young people, from the aperitif time until the evening.
