There are many convenient stores around. Able to walk to Nara park and shopping center. If you don’t want to walk, the bus station is also very close. The room is clean. The room itself was spacious, clean, and I personally slept well on the bed there. I also walked to Nara Park from the hotel, so it's at a good location.
